Pricing FAQs
How much space do I need?
5m wide × 6m deep × 3m ceiling height, plus a single power point. We can assess your venue for you if you're unsure.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 2–4 weeks for weekend events. Weekend dates fill quickly. Last-minute enquiries are always welcome — we'll do our best to help.
How do I confirm a booking?
Once we've confirmed availability and you're happy with the quote, we'll send a deposit invoice. The balance is due within 7 days of your event.
Do guests need to play golf?
Not at all. Our simulator is designed to be fun for complete beginners and experienced golfers alike. Our PGA Professional makes sure everyone feels comfortable.
What's included in the price?
All packages include delivery, setup (2-3 hours before your event), the experience itself, and full pack-down. No hidden fees. Clubs and balls are provided.
Can you add custom branding?
Yes. We offer custom branding options including branded overlays on the simulator screen, logo products and more. Ask us about this in your enquiry.
