SETUP REQUIREMENTS
What we need at your venue
5m
Width
The simulator screen and enclosure requires 5 metres of width. This fits comfortably in most halls, function rooms and large home areas.
1×
Power point
We need access to a single standard 240V Australian power outlet. We bring all necessary leads and cables — no special electrical requirements.

Height clearance
A minimum ceiling height of 3 metres is required to allow a full golf swing. Standard residential ceilings typically range from 2.4–3m, so please confirm.
Any
Indoor or outdoor
We can set up indoors or outdoors (weather permitting). Outdoor setups require a level surface and shelter from wind and direct sunlight for the projector.

Depth
6 metres of depth is needed from the hitting mat to behind the player. This accounts for the full swing arc and safety zone.

Pricing FAQs
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards. Once your event is confirmed we'll send a deposit invoice, with the final balance due within 7 days of the event. All prices are in Australian Dollars.
Can I customise my package?
Absolutely. We can tailor any package to your event — adding extra hours, a PGA Professional host, Trackman, custom branding, multiple simulators or additional equipment. Just ask and we'll put together a custom quote.
Do you travel outside Perth?
Yes we do! We've conducted events in the South West, Dowerin, Newdegate and Meekatharra as some examples. Even though we're based in Perth and service the greater Perth metropolitan area, we'd love to hear about your event in the regional areas and find a way to help.
Are there any additional fees?
Additional fees can occur for a few reasons.
1. If the location is outside the Perth Metropolitan area
2. If setup and / or pack-down is required in the days prior or after the event
3. If you require a PGA Professional for hosting or coaching
4. Public Holidays
What's included in delivery?
All packages include delivery to your venue, full professional setup (approximately 2-3 hours before your event), operation or briefing, and complete pack-down at the end. There are no hidden transport or setup fees *Areas outside of Perth metro can add additional travel costs
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, particularly for weekend events. Popular dates fill quickly. That said, if you have a last-minute event, always reach out — we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What if my event runs over time?
If your event runs longer than planned and you'd like to extend, just let us know on the day and we'll do our best to accommodate subject to our schedule. Additional time is charged at an hourly rate agreed upfront.
